Yandex Navi Meetup
Feriye Palace was transformed into a map experience during the Yandex Navi & Ads event. Location pins were placed across four zones, with each element branded to create a cohesive experience for 150 guests including Yandex team members and key partners.
Guests enjoyed the Michelin-recommended cuisine with premium class cocktails while hearing Yandex Navi/Ads latest achievements from esteemed speakers.
The Ask
Design and deliver an event to introduce the new navigation features to key partners built around branded elements with executive briefings, seminars, fancy dining & entertainment.
What We Did
With Yandex-branded decor setting the tone, guests were welcomed with a cocktail before stepping into Relax Zone featuring floor mapping designs tied to the Yandex app.
Following the map, they arrived at the ‘presentation zone,’ where company leaders and guest speakers, including rally racer Doğan Kabak, shared insights about the app and its features.
The experience continued with a photo zone with retro car display, all while enjoying the Michelin-recommended cuisine. The evening ended with DJ performances and signature cocktails. The following day, a press conference was held to announce the success to public.
