Tenthpin XChange is a three-day corporate gathering that brought together participants from eight nations in Antalya.

Aim is to orient the organization towards the upcoming year's ambitions, all the while fostering a collaborative atmosphere. In partnership with Tenthpin, we executed an annual company event that drew participants together and aligned them with the organizational goals.

The Ask

Design and deliver an event that merges corporate goals with enjoyable interactions, knowledge exchanges, a community fair, dinners with celebrations, and team building activities.

What We Did

In line with Tenthpin's branding and values, eventkraft envisioned and carried out Tenthpin's largest international get-together, accommodating 350 attendees from eight different nations.

The event began with meetings involving the Founder & Partners. Later, as the attendees arrive, they were invited to a three-day event featuring a knowledge fair, a conference with leading speakers, gala dinners, and entertainment shows. Every detail was designed to foster cooperation and connect with the company values.
