The Ask
Istanbul Marketing Summit is an annual event that bring together marketing thought leaders for exchange of ideas. Each year, the summit tackles the hottest trends and insights shaping the industry. We were tasked with enhancing the overall attendee experience and executing the event.
What We Did
Partnering with Istanbul Marketing Group, we executed a 3-day experience filled with inspiring talks, and valuable networking opportunities. Each day, renowned speakers took the stage, sparking lively discussions among attendees. Brand materials were distributed for attendees to promote the event further. Interactive Q&A sessions and engaging partner booths kept everyone involved and connected throughout the event.
We collaborated with clients and sponsors to craft a visually appealing and functional stage that set the tone for the entire summit. Our design guidelines ensured a cohesive brand experience across all exhibition booths. This visual consistency further amplified the event's impact. Beyond design, we managed the entire event flow, maintained a smooth flow between talks, awards, and other segments.
