Intangible Cultural Heritage Education Platform
Under the contract of ATÖLYE, we led the design and development of the digital experience of an educational platform. Platforms brings UNESCO heritage elements to life for learners and educators.
The Ask
Design a complementary online platform that enhances existing curricula focused on heritage elements through a flexible and user-friendly interface that caters to all age groups and learning styles
What We Did
We prioritized user experience through a research-driven iterative design process. We started each sprint with benchmark analysis and ideation workshops to align the team around users’ needs and define our approach.
We created detailed user journeys for each actor and we contributed to user testing with UX prototypes. We collected user insights to iteratively improve our designs.
At the end of each sprint, we produced high-fidelity prototypes aligned with the targeted user flows, paired with development documentation
